33dcom Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 33dcom website accessible at https://33dcom.org, including all subpages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 33dcom Platform.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account with 33dcom or who accesses the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to Pakistani Rupee (PKR) funds deposited by the Player into their 33dcom Account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or matching funds issued by 33dcom that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to 33dcom's identity verification procedures, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, virtual sports, and any other wagering or gaming products accessible through the Platform.

By accessing the 33dcom Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 33dcom Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with the 33dcom Platform regardless of the device used — including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any other access method. 33dcom does not offer a downloadable app; all access is via web browser.

Use of the 33dcom Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 33dcom does not permit access to or use of its Services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum age.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 33dcom or any of its associated entities.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 33dcom or any other recognised gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of use.

To access the full range of 33dcom Services, Players must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following provisions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 33dcom Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same or different identities, are prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 33dcom will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. Players must immediately notify 33dcom upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
• Account Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, or transfer their Account or any rights associated therewith to any third party.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33dcom does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

33dcom supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard.

1. Deposits: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited in PKR.
2. Withdrawals: Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the payment method selected.
3. KYC for Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of 33dcom's KYC process. Documents that may be required include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.
4. Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Platform. 33dcom reserves the right to conduct additional verification for high-value withdrawals.
5. Disputed Transactions: Players who believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly must notify 33dcom support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.

33dcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 33dcom reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless 33dcom explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being forfeited.
• Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, and multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Unused bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• Modification or Withdrawal: 33dcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by any such modification.

The following rules govern all sports betting, in-play betting, and related wagering activities conducted through the 33dcom sportsbook:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 33dcom. 33dcom reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
2. Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply, subject to any applicable rules regarding obvious pricing errors.
3. Obvious Errors: 33dcom reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to technical fault, data feed errors, or human error. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes will be returned.
4. In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. 33dcom reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and is not liable for bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has been suspended.
5. PSL and Cricket Betting: For Pakistan Super League and other cricket markets, all results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant competition. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, applicable void and refund rules will be applied as published on the Platform.
6. Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per bet and per day are subject to limits published on the Platform. 33dcom reserves the right to reduce these limits at any time.

The following provisions govern the use of casino games, live dealer tables, and slots on the 33dcom Platform:

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on 33dcom are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available on the Platform or from the game provider directly.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers whose own terms and conditions apply in addition to 33dcom's rules. In the event of a conflict, 33dcom's Terms shall prevail for matters relating to Player accounts and funds.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the hand, spin, or round in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided. Stakes will be returned to the Player's account. 33dcom is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's side.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players must comply with these limits at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33dcom Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or the Platform in any way that creates an unfair advantage.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of any third party, including for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion or account restrictions.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the Platform, games, or betting systems. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or reasonably knowable error are subject to forfeiture.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity. 33dcom cooperates with relevant authorities in all investigations relating to financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to 33dcom without first raising the matter with 33dcom support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement with 33dcom or any other recognised gaming operator.

33dcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by 33dcom.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under 33dcom's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from Bonus Balance at the time of closure are forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 33dcom.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact 33dcom support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

33dcom is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will prompt a break or automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a short-term break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is fully blocked. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the stated period has elapsed will not be actioned.

Players who contact 33dcom support displaying signs of problem gambling will be referred to responsible gaming tools as a first step. 33dcom reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its discretion, including without a Player's explicit request, where there are reasonable grounds for concern.

All content on the 33dcom Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, design elements, and data compilations — is the property of 33dcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of 33dcom is strictly prohibited.
• The 33dcom name, logo, and all related branding are the trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of 33dcom trademarks is not permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dcom hereby disclaims all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, regardless of whether 33dcom was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform use or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions to Service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond 33dcom's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to negligent handling of login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 33dcom's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

33dcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Platform. By creating an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 33dcom includes registration information, transactional records, KYC documents, device and browser data, and behavioural data relating to Platform use. This data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

33dcom will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where necessary for the operation of the Platform or compliance with legal obligations.

33dcom reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Continued use of the 33dcom Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 33dcom Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, Players may escalate the matter through 33dcom's formal complaints procedure by contacting support via live chat or email. 33dcom will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
